Clee Duncan - Broker / Owner

Clee Duncan is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology. The owner of several successful business enterprises around the country has helped her in developing marketing strategies that work!

Active in the community, as a former public school teacher, Clee continues to be involved with adult education. Clee lives in Sidney with her husband Dick in a classic Maine farmhouse, vintage 1820s.

Dick Duncan - Commercial Properties

Dick Duncan is a part-owner of Snow Pond Realty and helps investors, buyers and sellers of commercial/residential property through careful analysis, knowledge and evaluation of the market.

He has a diverse background in computer technology, teaching, nuclear engineering and naval operations/shipbuilding. Dick's real-life experience as a real estate investor can help to guide clients through the process of real estate investing.

Shelley and Mike Wehry - Agents

Shelley grew up in Madison, Maine and Mike in Western Massachusetts. We graduated from St. Joseph's College and settled in Waterville 14 yrs. ago. We are the proud parents of 3 boys and have been actively involved with their schools and activities for several years.

Mike is an MRI Technologist and was named employee of the year in 1993. He also has coached several youth teams and is the Waterville JV Asst. Baseball Coach.

Shelley served 4 years in the Army Nurse Corps and has twice been nominated for nurse of the year in 1993 and 2002. She has taught nursing students and presently teaches CPR and a transition class for new RNs.

We have 20+ years of experience serving the public and own investment properties. We are excited to share our knowledge and experience with clients.
